Cheerleading
Cheer classes are offered to athletes interested in learning the basics of cheerleading. Skills such as motions, jumps, cheer, chant, dance, voice projection, and stunting are taught with focus on safety and execution.
Classes are one in hour in length and are typically taught once a week. No experience is necessary. |
Tumbling
Tumbling classes are designed to introduce athletes to the various tumbling skills involved in the sport of cheerleading. Our staff will teach the proper techniques needed to progress quickly and safely. Athletes will receive instruction and hands on spotting needed to properly execute the tumbling skills.
Tumbling classes are available for all skill levels and are one hour in length taught once a week.
